To qualify for the Pass Guarantee refund, all of the following must be true:

- 2You must have completed at least 5 full-length practice tests within Rotate, each scoring 80% or higher, before taking the FAA exam.
- 3Your FAA Knowledge Test must be taken within 90 days of your subscription start date.
- 4You must provide an official FAA Airman Knowledge Test Report (AKTR) showing a failing score.
- 5Refund covers up to 3 months of subscription payments (maximum $44.97).
- 6One guarantee claim per customer. The guarantee applies to FAA Knowledge Tests only (Part 107, PPL, IRA, CPL, ATP).
- 7Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the failed exam date by emailing hello@rotatepilot.com with your AKTR attached.
- 8Accounts flagged for abuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity are not eligible.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exams does the Pass Guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers all FAA Knowledge Tests: Part 107 (Remote Pilot), Private Pilot (PAR), Instrument Rating (IRA), Commercial Pilot (CAX), and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP). It does not cover EASA exams or FAA oral/practical exams (checkrides).
How do I submit a claim?
Email hello@rotatepilot.com within 14 days of your failed exam. Attach your official FAA Airman Knowledge Test Report (AKTR) showing your score and the date you took the exam. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Do I need to complete the practice tests in one sitting?
No. Your 5 qualifying practice tests can be completed across multiple study sessions. Each test must be a full-length exam simulation (not partial quizzes), and each must score 80% or higher.
What if I used the PILOT50 coupon?
The refund covers the actual amount you paid. If you used the PILOT50 coupon, your first month was $7.49 and subsequent months are $14.99 each. Up to 3 months of actual payments are refunded.
Can I use the guarantee more than once?
The guarantee covers one FAA Knowledge Test per customer. If you fail and receive a refund, you can re-subscribe and continue studying, but the guarantee does not apply a second time.
