Seoul Incheon Tower is on 118.2 (east, Rwys 15L/R, 33L/R), 118.8 (west, Rwys 16L/R, 34L/R). Which one depends on the runway or side of the airport in use, so listen to the ATIS first. Source: Korea AIP AD 2.18 RKSI, effective Sep 30, 2026.
Ground Control: 121.75 (east, Rwys 15/33), 121.7 (west, Rwys 16/34). Clearance Delivery: 121.6. Pilots call Clearance first for their clearance and squawk code, then Ground to taxi.
RKSI ATIS broadcasts on 128.4 (arrival), 128.65 (departure). It is a recorded loop with wind, visibility, altimeter setting and runways in use, identified by a phonetic letter that pilots report on first contact ("with information Bravo").
Probably not online. The last LiveATC.net listing we could check shows no public feed for RKSI; in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy LiveATC says rebroadcasting ATC is not allowed. Use the US and Canadian airports on this site to practice, with the RKSI frequencies above as reference.
