Questions teams ask

Can we pay with a purchase order?

Yes. Send the PO from the form on this page or to hello@rotatepilot.com and we return an invoice with our W-9 and vendor details. Seats are activated on receipt of a signed PO for public agencies, or when the invoice is paid for companies. Card payment by invoice link is also available.

How do seats get assigned?

You send the list of names and emails, or add them later one at a time. Each person gets their own login and their own progress; the supervisor gets one report with every seat's lessons completed, mock scores and readiness. Unused seats stay available for 12 months.

Does the pass guarantee apply to each seat?

Yes, the same guarantee as the individual Pass, per student: finish the course and score 85% or higher on 3 full-length simulations in the 30 days before the FAA test. If that student still fails the first attempt, we refund that seat and add $175 toward the retest.

Is this an in-person class?

No. It is the online Part 107 Pass: 32 lessons across the five ACS areas, a bank of 470+ questions with explanations, and timed 60-question mock exams. Each person studies on their own schedule from any device, which is what a shift-based team usually needs. The FAA test itself is taken at a PSI center for $175 per person.

Does the course cover public-safety or agricultural operations specifically?

The course covers the FAA knowledge test, which is the same for every applicant: regulations, airspace and sectional charts, weather, loading and performance, and operations. Agency-specific SOPs, COAs and public aircraft operations are outside the test and outside the course.

Why are team prices below the individual Pass?

Because one invoice, one set of vendor forms and one report cost us less than 5 separate checkouts. The per-seat price is $49.8 at 5 seats and $44.9 at 10, against $69 individually. Extra seats beyond ten are $44.9 each.
