LVP (Low Visibility Procedures) are activated at an aerodrome when:

RVR is below 800 m or cloud ceiling below 200 ft
B
RVR drops below 550 m or ceiling below 200 ft
C
Visibility is less than 5 km
D
Any time instrument approaches are in use
