Every column equals the previous one x 1.01, so the transcription is self-consistent
- Republic Airways careers page, PilotPrimary source · confirms: Captains '$144.24 - $222.19/hour', First Officers 'Start at $92.73/hour': exactly the Oct-2025 column's year 1 and year 20 values, so that column is what the airline currently advertises; 100% 401(k) contribution from day 90; 100% deadhead pay; 1:2 duty rig and 1:4 trip rig
Republic Airways-IBT (Local 357) CBA pay scale, Oct-2022 to Oct-2026 steps (1% annual). The FO scale has only 4 steps (year 4 is top; later years presumably stay at the year-4 rate), so 'fo' has 4 values. The date is given only as 'Oct.-2025', so 2025-10-01 is used. The table also has an Oct-2026 column (+1%) that may take effect this month. Republic's careers page still shows the Oct-2025 values ($92.73 / $144.24-$222.19), which is why those are used. If the Oct-2026 step is already live, every value is 1% higher (see facts).
