Start with what we refuse to do

This market runs on invented certainty: “real questions” nobody has, testimonials nobody wrote, pass rates nobody measured. We built the opposite, and it is the reason to trust the parts that are useful.

Official and reported, never blended

Every claim carries its status. What the airline publishes is marked official. What candidates report — sim profiles, assessment formats, bonding terms airlines keep private — is marked reported, and never used as if it were fact.

No leaked test items, because nobody has them

The aptitude providers do not release live items. Anyone selling you 'the real questions' is selling you something else. Our practice items are ours, written in the publicly documented format families and generated fresh each run.

No invented social proof

You will not find a fabricated five-star average or a testimonial from a pilot who does not exist on this page. When there are real reviews, they will appear; until then there is nothing here pretending to be one.

Not affiliated with any airline

We do not represent these carriers, and we say so on every page. What we have is public information assembled properly, and the judgement of someone who sat in the seat.

aptitude papers, generated fresh

9 airline packs, 900 questions

Emirates, Qatar, Delta, United, LATAM, easyJet, Ryanair, Wizz Air and British Airways. Every question carries what the assessor is really probing, a 200–400 word model answer, the red flags that fail it, and the follow-ups the panel actually asks. Calibrated by route, so a cadet is not drilled on fly-by-wire reversion and a rated captain is not fed basics.

AI mock interviewer, grounded in the real process

It runs as that airline's board, using that airline's documented stages and reported themes, calibrated to the route you are applying through. At the end it scores you against the nine ICAO pilot competencies — the same framework assessors mark to — with an observed-behaviour note per competency and the honest verdict.

Aptitude practice — the stage that culls hardest

Timed numerical, verbal, spatial and aviation mental-math papers, generated fresh every run so you train the method rather than memorise a bank. Plus a divided-attention drill that measures your capacity cost: how much your tracking degrades when a second task lands. That gap is exactly what capacity batteries are built to find.

Selection intel for 21 airlines

Stage-by-stage process, requirements, sim profiles, interview themes and the failure reasons candidates report — with official and candidate-reported detail visibly separated.

Who this is for — and who it is not

Buy it if

  • You have an assessment date, or you are applying this year.
  • You are a cadet applicant facing an aptitude battery you have never sat.
  • You are a rated pilot moving carriers and want the sim profile and competency bar of the specific airline.
  • You would rather be told what fails an answer than flattered about one.

Skip it if

  • You are prepping for exactly one airline and nothing else — buy that single pack for $29 instead.
  • You want guaranteed questions or a script. Neither exists, and anyone offering them is lying.
  • You have not checked your eligibility yet — do that first, it is free.

Test the quality before you pay

The aptitude module runs free — take a timed paper and judge the depth of the explanations for yourself. Every airline also has a free selection brief. If the free material is not better than what you can find elsewhere, do not buy the paid part.

Straight answers

Will this get me the job?

No product can promise that, and the ones that do are telling you something false. What this changes is the part you control: knowing the airline's actual process, having answers built to the standard assessors score, and having practised the aptitude stage before it counts. Selection still involves people, timing and luck.

I already bought a single airline pack. Am I paying twice?

Email hello@rotatepilot.com with your receipt and we will credit what you paid toward Interview OS.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, lifetime access, and every airline pack we add later is included — including the cadet-programme packs in progress.

How current is it?

The packs and briefs carry the month they were last verified, and the underlying research is dated and sourced. Airline processes change; where something is unconfirmed we label it rather than guess.

What is the guarantee?

Thirty days, money back, no conditions to argue about. We deliberately do not offer a 'pass guarantee' — an interview has no score to appeal, so that promise would be theatre.

Why is the founding price real?

The counter on this page is read from our order records, not a session timer. When 50 people have bought, the price becomes $295 and stays there. Founding buyers are worth more to us as honest reviews than as margin.

Training a group?

Flight schools, cadet academies and government teams can license seats with volume pricing and per-candidate progress reporting.
