From student pilot to British Airways Captain

Cadet Program (No Experience Required)
Speedbird Pilot Academy
Fully funded integrated training to a frozen ATPL at FTEJerez or Skyborne, with accommodation, food or food allowance and a subsistence allowance, then a job as a BA pilot. Eligibility: aged 17-58 to apply, six GCSEs including Maths, English and a Science, UK CAA Class 1 medical, height 1.57-1.90 m, right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship. Applications for 2026 are closed. Graduates start on £37,081 a year plus allowances (BA FAQ, April 2026).
