Ab-initio programme for candidates with little or no flying experience (no more than a Private Pilot certificate). About 3.5 years: training from Private through Commercial Multi-Engine with SkyWarrior Flight Training in Pensacola, an airline preparation course at JetBlue University, instructor ratings, then instructing to reach an unrestricted ATP. A conditional First Officer offer is made at acceptance, valid on completion.
