Your cadets can fly. Selection is what stops them.
Schools train people to a licence standard and then send them into a process that has nothing to do with flying: an online aptitude battery, a group exercise, a competency interview marked against a framework nobody taught them. Candidates who can fly get cut at stages that are entirely trainable — and it reflects on the academy, not on the airline.
Interview OS licenses that missing half: 900 airline-specific questions with model answers across 9 carriers, an AI mock board scored against the ICAO pilot competencies, and aptitude practice generated fresh for every candidate — with reporting so you can see who has actually done the work before their assessment date.

Everything in the individual product
All 9 airline packs, the AI mock interviewer, the aptitude module with the divided-attention drill, and the sourced selection briefs — per candidate, for the full licence term.
Per-candidate progress reporting
Which candidates have practised, where they are weak by competency and by aptitude section, and who has not started. Instructors see the cohort; you see the readiness gap before the assessment date, not after.
The same sourcing discipline
Official facts and candidate-reported detail are visibly separated throughout. Nothing your students repeat in an interview room will be something we invented.
Assignable seats
Seats belong to the organisation, not to an individual email. When a cohort graduates, reassign the seat to the next intake.
Straight about the roadmap: the reporting dashboard is built to order for the first cohorts — you tell us what your instructors need to see, and we build to that before your intake. Everything else on this page exists today and you can inspect it before you buy.
Seat pricing
Annual seats, because cohorts are annual. Individuals buy a lifetime licence instead — the difference is that a seat is assignable and reported on, and an individual licence is not.

Let's talk
annual licence, invoiced
Pilot programmes are welcome: run a small block of seats with one cohort, measure it, and expand only if it moves your pass rate. We would rather you test us than sign a number you cannot justify internally.
Procurement, answered in advance
Are you NDAA compliant?
Interview OS is pure SaaS — we supply no telecommunications or video-surveillance equipment, so the Section 889 covered-equipment prohibitions do not apply to what you are buying.
Do you have a UEI / are you registered in SAM.gov?
Not currently. Purchases under the micro-purchase threshold are routinely made with a government purchase card without one. If your volume needs SAM registration, tell us and we will register — it is free and takes days, not months.
How do we pay?
Card, including government purchase cards, or invoice with payment terms for annual licences. We provide a W-9 and a formal written quote with your organisation's details on it.
Who is the point of contact?
You deal directly with the founder — an ex-A320 airline first officer — not a reseller or a support queue.
What about data protection?
Candidates' practice data stays in the platform and is used to produce your reporting. We do not sell data, and we do not share candidate performance with airlines.
Get a written quote
Tell us the cohort size and what your candidates are applying for. You get seat pricing, what the reporting will show, and the procurement paperwork in one reply — normally within a business day. No call required to see a number.
